By accessing or using DigiAssist AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

DigiAssist AI provides a platform for creating, training, and deploying AI business assistants. The Service includes AI agent creation, multi-channel deployment, knowledge base management, and analytics.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. AI assistants must not impersonate real individuals or provide harmful advice.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload. DigiAssist AI retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, and technology. Your custom-trained AI models are yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigiAssist AI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
