Digiassist AI is a software subscription. The affiliate programme is an optional extra that pays commission when someone you introduce subscribes and pays.
We make no representation, promise or guarantee that you will earn anything at all. Most people who join an affiliate programme earn little or nothing. What you earn depends entirely on your own effort, skill, audience, market and persistence — none of which we control.
Any figure you see anywhere on this site or in our materials — a commission rate, a worked example, a screenshot — is an illustration of how the programme calculates commission. It is not a forecast, a typical result, or a promise.
02What this is not
The affiliate programme is not, and must never be presented as:
- a job, a salary, or any form of employment;
- an investment, a security, or a scheme that pays a return on money put in;
- a multi-level marketing plan — commission is paid on your own direct referrals only, there are no levels beneath you, and there is nothing to buy in order to earn;
- a guaranteed, passive or automatic income of any kind.
You are never required to recruit anybody. You can subscribe, use the tools, and never share a referral link — the product is the product.
03How commission actually works
Commission is a one-time percentage of the first subscription payment made by each person who subscribes through your link. Renewals and other purchases pay nothing. The rate rises with your lifetime number of paid referrals; the current tiers are set out in the Terms of Service.
Commission is reversed if the underlying payment is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal.
04What you must not say when promoting
If you promote Digiassist AI, you take on a responsibility to be honest about it. You must not:
- promise or imply specific earnings, timeframes, or “guaranteed” results;
- describe the programme as a job, an investment, or a way to get rich;
- show income screenshots as though they were typical;
- claim endorsements, partnerships or results we have not given you in writing.
These rules exist to protect the people you talk to, and they protect you too — misleading income claims are unlawful in most countries. Breaking them lets us withhold commission and close the account.
