About Madam Tilly Bakery

Madam Tilly Bakery started with one oven, one recipe book, and a commitment to baking everything from scratch each morning. We are based in Kumasi and have been feeding the neighbourhood with fresh bread, pastries, and coffee since we opened our doors. Everything you see in our display case was baked on-site today — butter rolls, meat pies, chin chin, whole loaves, and seasonal pastries. We do not use yesterday's stock. If it is not fresh, it does not go out. Beyond walk-in customers, we cater for offices, events, and gatherings across Kumasi. Whether you need a tray of meat pies for a Monday morning meeting or a full pastry spread for a celebration, you can order ahead and we will have it ready.

Butter Rolls

Soft, lightly sweetened rolls baked fresh every morning. Sold individually or by the dozen.

Flaky pastry filled with seasoned minced meat. A Kumasi staple — we bake them twice daily.
