Demo Bakery is a working bakery in Accra. Every loaf of bread, every pastry, and every celebration cake is mixed, shaped, and baked on the premises — nothing arrives pre-made or frozen. You can smell it when you walk past. We keep the menu straightforward: daily breads, sweet and savoury pastries, and custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, and any occasion that calls for one. If you need something specific, call or message us ahead and we will sort it out. The café side is simple too — coffee, tea, and whatever came out of the oven that morning. Pull up a chair or grab something to go.

What we bake

Daily Breads

White, whole wheat, and seeded loaves baked fresh each morning. Available whole or sliced.

Pastries

Croissants, meat pies, sausage rolls, and sweet buns — made on-site and restocked through the day.

Celebration Cakes

Custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, and events. Order at least 48 hours ahead so we can do it properly.

Espresso, filter coffee, and tea served at the café. Pairs well with anything on the counter.

Catering quantities for corporate events, funerals, parties, and church programmes. Contact us to discuss quantities and lead time.

Ordering a cake for an event?

We make celebration cakes to your specification — size, flavour, and design. Give us at least 48 hours notice and we will have it ready on time. Call, email, or send a WhatsApp message with the date, the occasion, and how many people you are feeding.
